Will I be able to stop on the journey for a break?
Yes. Your chauffeur will stop at your request. However, it is advisable to let us know how many stops you may require as this may affect your journey time and will have to be taken into account if you are catching a plane or boarding a ship.

Is my wedding car deposit refundable?
Yes. Deposits are refundable in full up to two months before the wedding.

What's included in your tariff?
Our prices include the cost of your journey and VAT. Prices don't include however, Airport parking costs and any Toll charges/Central London Congestion Charge.

What happens after I've booked a car?
Upon completion of your booking we provide a Booking Reference Number (BRN).
We then process your booking and e-mail you the confirmation details within 24 hours.

I'm at the airport, where do I meet your chauffeur?
Our chauffeurs always wait inside the terminal, next to the exit from Customs, with a board carrying your name and flight number.

My flight has been delayed, will I miss your chauffeur?
We monitor your flight to ensure that our chauffeur meets you on time, either when flights are late or early (We allow 30 minutes for baggage handling and Passport control to minimise parking and waiting time costs).

Can I change the original journey?
Yes, please ask us to quote for any alterations.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, providing you give us sufficient notice.

Can I smoke in your cars?
Although we observe a non-smoking policy in all our cars, smoking is strictly at the driver's discretion.

What accessories can I expect in your cars?
All cars have air-conditioning and quality sound system - please tell us about your special requirements at the time of booking.
